• Course Description / 講義の概要

  中国や中国を取り巻く外交・国内問題を取り上げ、それについて意見交換できるようになって欲しい。最近、中国に関中国や中国を取り巻く外交・国内問題を取り上げ、それについて意見交換できるようになって欲しい。最近、中国に関する様々な話題がマスコミで取り上げられている。その中には日中関係や中国と諸外国との関係などがある。そこで大きな枠組みとして米中関係と日本、この構図を理解する必要がある。つぎに、東西文化交流に着目しながら香港やマカオなど旧植民であった地域について検証する。ゼミ生はマカオ大学に短期留学（香港ツアーを含む）することを検討してほしい。さらに物事に興味を持ち、そのことに打ち込み、何かを成し遂げる忍耐力を養うことを考えたい

  Theobjective of this seminar is to take a close look at Sino-US relations which is the fundamentalrelations needed to understand the current Sino-Japanese relations, learn about China and theissues surrounding China. Furthermore, we will study about Hong Kong and Macau, formercolonies as a case study to understand East-West cultural contact. The seminar students shouldbe prepared to visit Macau University (including an excursion to Hong Kong). Furthermore,students will learn to find some kind of interest in a subject or issue, concentrate on thatparticular subject or issue and try to solve that problem or issue.

  Aspiration / ゼミの「志」

  自ら課題を見つけ、それに取り組めるよう育成する。また、先輩は後輩の良き模範となり、後輩は先輩から助言してもらうよう考えることについて学ぶ。また、ゼミ生が学習面での問題を抱えている時は、ゼミ生全員で助けることを心掛けてほしい。

  Being able to find your own research topic orsomething you want to learn about. Then focus on that particular issue on your own. Anotherlesson is to learn how seniors can lead the juniors and how juniors can learn from their seniors.Furthermore, if one of the seminar students has a academic issue or problem, the other studentswill assist/help out..

  Prerequisite/ 事前履修科目等

  毎回出席、配布資料を予習・復習する。

  Attendence is important andstudents need to review assigned reading materials.

  Additional Information/ 留意点

  可能であれば沖縄、マカオや香港を訪れる。

  If possible, visitOkinawa, Macau and Hong Kong.
