Profile:
Mark Zion has taught at the college level in Nicaragua, The People’s Republic of China, and now in Japan for twenty years. For the past ten years, he has been working with Habitat for Humanity, taking college students to developing Asian countries to work with local communities building homes and assisting orphanages. His focus in education has been on raising awareness of life in the developing world and of social responsibility.
