TAMA UNIVERSITY

To nominate students, we ask that Partner Universities submit the nomination form along with the student application materials as listed below by the deadline. All materials must be received before the deadline.

-Application form (form 1)
-Inquiry sheet for certificate of eligibility (form 2)
-A copy of your passport
-A photo in JPEG format OR two 40 mm x 30 mm passport style photos
-A personal statement explaining why they would like to study abroad at Tama SGS in Japan (approximately 1 page in length).

Once we have received all of the application materials we will review the application. Upon acceptance you will be notified with an acceptance letter and certificate of eligibility issued by the Japanese immigration office will be sent to your university. These documents will be required to apply for a visa and you will be required to show them to immigration upon arrival in Japan.
